Frequently Asked Questions

That's OK! We invite you to come and shop at the event on October 28, 2023 from 11:00am to 2:00pm. Bring your friends along, too!

Q3. I want to help, but I'm not crafty.

Not a problem! The whole purpose of the event is to help bring an orphaned child home to their adoptive family, and we welcome last-minute donations to sell at the event to raise funds for the adoption. Vendors who are accepted earlier will have their names/businesses advertised leading up to the event.

Q2. I'm interested in being a vendor, but not sure yet if I can commit or even be there.

Handmade for Adoption showcases local artisans and creatives for a purpose, to support adoptive families in our community! At a fun one-day-only, pop-up marketplace, do-gooder artists offer their amazing handiwork to shoppers, while Handmade for Adoption helps promote their businesses throughout its network. All proceeds from the Handmade for Adoption event will go toward the specified adoptive family.

Q1. what is handmade for adoption?
